1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of GoldKey Calexico Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

GoldKey Calexico Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, repairs, and decorative concrete work. All services are subject to availability and our ability to safely complete the work.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, or changes to the scope of work. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with the work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.

5. Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, marking any underground utilities, and obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must also ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area for safety reasons.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be specified in your contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, extreme weather events, or lack of maintenance.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials already purchased and scheduling costs.

9. Liability

GoldKey Calexico Concrete maintains liability insurance for all work performed. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed prior to work beginning. We are also not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.

10. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Imperial County, California, in accordance with California state law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
